how about if your using xp - sp3? and i have kaspersky anti vir in my software? how can i solved it?

I have NO idea. Anyone? "Upgrade to Win7" does not count

hi dudes

for those still asking for help and are using vista/7 try running cmd and type

bcdedit /debug off

"Vista has a kernel debugger enabled by default, and this needs to be disabled."

It's showing me the same error, only it says version 1.60 for SPTD. I have tried to reinstall Daemon tools many time without success.

Have you tried to temporary disable your fw/antivir?

I am having the same problem with Dlite 4.35.5, everything was working fine until I updated Zone Alarm, now its showing the above mentoined message. But if I disable ZoneAlarm and Forcefield, its working normally

My Vista OS did not have local\Microsoft\Windows Virtual PC. Rather it was Roaming\Microsoft\Virtual PC

Just to be sure, I copied both into both roaming and local.

Of course you are right in that Vista does not have the same files in the same places. I have some (sorry) work mates that runs Vista. I will check with them for the file locations.

reentering the key in th location Molte mentioned helped me. using the same key I used to install.

Don't apply support.microsoft.com/.../968915 if you computer is a client one. The patch is for a KMS server

Thanks, the Time/Date settings fix worked. I didn't realize my time zone was correct but the time was off by 11hrs.
