Employees building is what helps you do innovations and this is just an art. The out-dated ideas are not any help and you have to go beyond in crafting new ideas by leaving old thoughts a side,

Let me tell you a story, I am working for a coach company here in London UK, The company is in business since 15 years providing coach hire, minibus hire and limo hire service, just with the right strategies we are talking about, now they are providing, travel, tours, holidays, sightseeing tours and other airport pickup and airport transfer service in no less than two years time.

Going beyond would simply help! and kicking out the outdated and used ideas.
